Oh my Lisa, it was just last Christmas(2017) that we spoke to each other and I wondered why my voice mails and text went unanswered. Now I know, although I was not familiar with your family I pray for them because I know they must miss you terribly as I. I'm very sad that my distance from you was so great that I couldn't see you again. I have my memories and the many telephone conversation. Thank-you Lisa for making my life better and for your generous heart for those around you. I look forward to the time when we can again take long walks and sit under the stars and dream of all the things we wished we had done. I am at peace now, I know that you are with Jesus and all is good.

I am so sad to hear of Lisa's passing. I've known her since junior high school. At DHS, we were in Horticulture together (it was a small group of kids with a WONDERFUL teacher...we got to know each other pretty well). Lisa was funny, outgoing and smart. Please know that she and her loved ones are in my thoughts and prayers. I am lucky to have crossed her path!

Lisa May you rest in peace and finally be pain free. I'll miss all our silly text. You have always been so sweet and funny with your quirky personality. You come with an undeniable heart as big as Texas filled with love.
I've had the honor of being a part of your life for over 40 years. We have stories ..lol .. you kept me laughing.
I'm sorry we didn't get to visit more or just hang out over the past few years ..it seems our schedules were always colliding and sometimes life just got in the way .. I know you knew how much I loved you and I know how much you loved me.
RIP my beautiful friend. I love you.
