I know that I have already signed this but I just didn't know what to say. Boyd IS my second cousin. I got married last August and he promised that he would be there, he was late but he made it. He came flying into the drive. That is how I will always remember Boyd. He will ALWAYS be with US. My husband told him that he looked like Sting. He just laugh. You know the laugh. I will miss him coming to stay with us. He was a great guy and Dad. We will always love you! Save a spot for us Buddy!

My last memory of Boyd was at the airport, waving good bye with his arm up telling me that he loved me - what more could I ask for. He is with us always. I miss him.

There is not enough space here to write, let alone the words to use, to express the loss that we all feel. Boyd, you were taken from us way too early, and have left a huge hole in our lives. It was such a pleasure to have been around your upbeat attitude, and I consider it a pleasure to have had the oppritunity to know you. I will miss your presence not only on the ice, but in life as well. My deepest sympathies to the all your family and friends. We will miss you a great deal.

I played with Boyd in the Dukes team for two seasons.
Boyd was a great guy. You never saw him in a bad mood, an incredibly likable guy.
We will miss him.

Boyd was a Great man and will never be forgotten. I would like all to know his jersey number 89 was retired at the Sun Microsystems Ice Centre by Vic Cox.
