Gloria Matta

Age 70, passed away at her home in Castle Rock on March 9, 2009, with her loving husband of 58 years at her side. She is survived by her husband, Bernard (Zedo), two sons, Scott (Charlene) Matta and Bruce (Teri) Matta, along with a sister, Ann DeNicholas. She is also survived by her five loving grandchildren, Aric, Jesse, Taylor, Bailey, and Chase (Rocky) Matta. She retired after a 24 year career with the Tennessee State Dept. of Education, and held a Masters Degree in Psychology. Services for Gloria will be held at the Olinger Andrews Funeral Home at 407 Jerry Street in Castle Rock, on Thursday, March 12, at 11 AM, and a visitation will also be held on Wednesday, March 11, from 5-7 PM.
