Helen was one of my closest friends at St. Vincent's Academy. She was adorable and always full of joy and wit like her mom, Hazel, and her sister Hazel, Jr. I loved having sleepovers at their house... lots of boogie (Loozyanna music) and giggles!
Later on We would meet in the Denver and the Dallas airports with our little girls in tow, so we continued the fun for years until "security" shut down our between flight visits.
Wish I could be there to share my Reagor family stories and express my sadness to all the Edmondsons: Lee, Anne, Emily and Amy and all those sweet grandkids.
My Love and Prayers,

We were all saddened to hear of Helen's passing. She was such a happy and positive person and such a joy to be around. Although we have lost touch over the years, the wonderful memories of the times that our families shared together are still with us and never will be forgotten.
Thank you all for being a part of our lives.
Our condolences to Lee and the girls and their families.

I did not know Helen personally...although my dear friend Amy and I have shared many stories of our mother's (over a glass of wine or three...) so I feel like I do know her. We will continue our mother-ism and keep the light shinning bright. Hugs and prayers to you all!

Dear Lee, Ann, Amy and Emily and families,
Your whole family is so precious to our family. We have known you all for so many years through our beloved Dottie. We love you, Lee and our hearts are warmed knowing how much fun you and Helen had and how much you loved each other. We have watched you girls grow up to be wonderful women. Now we are feeling the loss of a precious and beloved friend who was always so cheerful, full of energy, made us laugh and at the same time was thoughtful, kind, and a hard worker. We are thankful that we have so many wonderful memories of Helen to cherish. She loved all of you and her darling grandchildren so much. She had a way to bring the grandchildren alive as she told fun stories about them. Her whole face sparkled when she spoke of her family. You were all the light of her life.
We are keeping you in our prayers and holding you all close to our hearts,
The Birkeland's Don, Carol, Scott Brad and Derek

My thoughts and prayers are with Lee and the family. Helen was a Chi Omega sister and I enjoyed our years in the house together. I will always remember her at college age - a smiling, caring, and giving friend. She was special and will be carried in our hearts. "With the shades of evening....."

Such an amazing lady - a treasure. She always had a smile on her face and a twinkle in her eye and I so enjoyed seeing the Edmondson's at Evan and Zach's school functions. She will be missed as much as she is loved by her family.
