MARTINEZ, MITCH Letter Carrier for 20 + years. Preceded in death by his mother, Christella. Survived by his father, Manuel; brother, Steve; sisters, Gina and Lori; grandmothers, Adelia Martinez and Ernestine Chavez. Rosary and Memorial Mass, Thursday, January 8, 2009 at 2pm in the Archdiocese of Denver Mortuary Chapel.

Dearest Manny,Steve,Gina,Lori,angel in heaven Chris,nieces,nephews,all of Mitch's family,my sincerest condolences!I just found out on Chris's my space page about Mitch's passing.Iam sitting here shocked,broken hearted,omg,if I would have known he would of had the largest most beautiful floral arrangement in history!I am going 2 miss him terribly,I haven't seen him since late last summer,a 24 yr.friendship is heartbreakingly over,but he will live on in my heart till its my turn 2 travel alone!I wondered why I haven't heard from him in a minute.It's just like him to slip out when no one is looking.He was my oldest and dearest friend,we experienced alot together and I will be 4-ever thankful God blessed me with such a long golden friendship,one I have always treasured,He was a great guy,and I will miss him terribly!

Dear Manuel, Steve, Lori and Gina, Although I have not seen you for many years Mitch will be forever remembered. I have a picture of him as a baby on my Moms (Auntie Eleanor, Uncle Andy in Oakland CA) porch with Chris. I was saddened to hear Mitch had passed away at such a young age. Take comfort in that he is with Chris and Daddy George. We - your cousins in NV - love you all very much, please never forget that!

Mitch was our mail carrier and will be deeply missed. He always made sure our packages were delivered to our door and went out of his way to deliver important mail to us. He was a very kind and caring man.
