From the Family, Ron and Shena Giboney:Our thoughts and prayers go out to Phil and his family. Phil was indeed a pioneer with the audacity
to go against the grain. Phil was extremely proud of his family, and their many wonderful accomplishments. I often patterned my own life choices after those Phil subscribed to. Rest in peace dear brother, you have truely fought the good fight.

From the Wilbur Hardy family: Our prayers are with you. Phil was a great family friend. He was close to his fraternity brother, Will Hardy and to me, Melba. He was there for the fun times and the sad times, too. He was part of our family. We are so sorry we cannot be there with you at this time. We watched sons Nathan and Greg grow up and he watched our children, Wilmya & Rita grow up. Sharon and I are sorority sisters - all of us like family. Words are not enough to express our sorrow.

To Phil's Family, In his position at Denver Water, Phil impacted the lives of hundreds of people. Phil hired me at DW almost thirty years ago. I will always be grateful to Phil for his encouragement and insights. He truly changed my life and I know I'm not alone in feeling so much gratitude for the life I've been able to enjoy because Phil made that "you've got the job" phone call to me all those years ago. I also had the pleasure of working with Phil in the Personnel Dept at DW so I know what a loving, kind and generous man he was. He is fondly remembered and will be missed. My condolences to you.
