I was a "team member" of Bob's going all the way back to United Bank of Denver days. Even though we were in different departments, I always thought of Bob as being the most professional consumer banker that I ever met in my banking career. He was very knowledgeable about banking products and services; my "go to guy" whenever I had a question or a customer needing special attention. What a great guy! I will miss him!

My sincerest condolences to Bobs' children and his loved ones. What a sad and sudden loss of a very wonderful man. Bob and I worked together for many years at the Foxridge Swim & Racquet Club and I always knew him to be an intelligent, witty and fun guy to be around. He will be missed by all of us at the Club and by the Foxridge community.

Bob's sudden death saddens me because Denver and RMPBS have lost a man who was there for others. I had the privilege of serving on the board with Bob at RMPBS. May we who were gifted with Bob's service wrapped in kindness, give thanks to God for a life that made a difference in our lives.

My deepest sympanthies go out to the Bardwell family. I remember Bob from High School and afterwards - he always had the best sense of humor! I agree with the other people who have signed in, that he was a kind and gentle soul. My thoughts and prayers are with all of his family - God Bless, Annie Darrigrand

Gone way too soon. My condolences to Bob's family.

I am so very sorry to hear of Bob's passing. He was such a kind and gentle man. I knew Bob through his years at Rocky Mountain PBS as the Chairman of the Governing Board. As a longtime volunteer and fellow member of the Governing Board, I was always impressed with Bob's sincerity, generosity and supportive spirit about everything at RMPBS. He always had such kind things to say to volunteers and never missed a moment to thank them for their dedication to the station. Bob will be missed tremendously. Bob was casually interviewed in 2011 for the volunteer-driven "Station's Archived Memories." Should you ever want to hear or see the interview, please call us at RMPBS. We also have many photographs of Bob throughout his years at RMPBS. Bob was a person I admired and felt honored to know. My very sincere condolences to his family.
