Samuel Haszelbart Obituary

Samuel Haszelbart passed away peacefully on August 6, 2010 at his home in Elizabeth. Samuel was an only child born in Pittsburgh. He was a loving husband and father who actively participated in his children Sam "Bart," Heidi and Billy's lives. Samuel's life was blessed with a number of achievements. A veteran of the Navy in WWII, Horseman, Animal Lover, grandfather, cowboy action shooter, past board member of the IREA and the 3 Lakes Water and Sanitation Board and Founder Odyssey Ranch Head Injury Program. He leaves behind his children Sam "Bart," Heidi and Billy and grandchildren Anna and Sam. A Celebration for Samuel's life will be from 4-7 PM at Grill on the Hill, 7517 East Highway 86 in Franktown, on Tuesday, August 17th. Please visit www. olingerandrews.com to share your memories. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to either the Denver Dumb Friends League or the Colorado Horse Rescue.

Bart, Heidi and Billy: You know that I really enjoyed your dad's company a whole lot. I am blessed to have been able to get to know him, and I know that he will be missed. He was a generous, thoughtful, funny, kind and loving man.
