I first met Father Barry when I attended St.Patrick's grade School. He was a delightful priest, with a great sense of humor. I never forgot him though our paths did not cross again until we saw each other in Granby for a few moments.

When we first moved to Denver, we had the honor of meeting a truly great man, Monsignor Thomas P. Barry. He became a friend, came to our house at least once a month for dinner, took us fishing and shared his wisdom. He helped us through many tough times and we'll never forget him. He was always there for our children. God blessed us by letting our paths cross with such a fine human being. We'll miss him terribly. He's in our hearts forever. God Bless You Monsignor.

Monsignor has taught me many things in my life. I am thankful for knowing such a honorable person. I have known Monsignor since I went to elementry school at All Souls. I used to be an alter server for him. My family soon got introduced to Monsignor. We learned that we had so many things in common with him. He has taken me fishing numerous times. I am thankful for all of the wonderful memories that I have of him. He was truely a great man and I will always keep him in my heart and prayers.

Much love,

Katie Utley
