William Kenneth "Bill" Talley

William Talley Obituary

Monroe, Utah. Our thoughtful, caring, loving husband, father, grandfather and friend, William Kenneth "Bill" Talley, passed away, at 67, on September 9, 2007 in Richfield, Utah of cardiac arrest. He was born January 1, 1940 in Denver, Colorado, a son of Minnie and Keith Talley. Survived by his wife, Mary; children, Tricia, Brett (Sara), and Jason (Sara); three grandchildren, Ashley, Cole, and Olivia. Bill always put other's needs before his own. His retirement finally allowed him to put in more family time, volunteer more often in his community, cheer for the Jazz and Broncos, to fish, to camp, and to serve in his much loved church, Valley Community Church. Funeral services will be held on Thursday, September 13, 2007 at 11:00 a.m. in the Magleby Mortuary Chapel, 50 South 100 West in Richfield. Friends may call at the Magleby Mortuary on Wednesday evening from 6 to 8 p.m. and again on Thursday from 9:30 to 10:30 a.m. Burial will be in the Monroe City Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the One Way Ministry and Lodge, 1180 Cove View Road, Richfield, Utah. Online guest book www.maglebymortuary.com

Mary and Family, Words can not express the sadness that we feel knowing such a wonderful man is no longer with us. Bill was one of my strongest inspirations through my past years journeys. I am deeply saddened as to the unexpected loss of "a father". I know Bill walks in heaven and you are not alone. Love Always Lori Talley

Mary,
I am so sorry to hear about Bill. The short time I have known you it was a pleasure to know Bill. He was a wonderful, kind man with a great sense of humor. It was always fun to be with you and Bill when you came to Denver. I will never foget the fun and laughs we had. My thoughts and prayers are with you.
