I am really fortunate to have known and worked with Bruce on the I 15 reconstruction project prior to the 2002 Olympics. Bruce was such an honest, principle-based, hard-working individual. Bruce taught me the value of a balanced life of work and play. Enjoyed several U of U football games and tailgating with Bruce. Joe Kammerer
