Caleb Park Obituary
2000 ~ 2016
Caleb was born on April 12, 2000 14 weeks early to Steve and Lynae Park. He fought hard his whole life and peacefully passed away at home surrounded by family on December 2, 2016. He lived an amazing life and packed a lot of adventure into his 16 years. He loved everyone and his smile could light up a room.
Caleb is survived by his parents, brother Jeff, sister Sydney, grandparents Bill and Sherri Park and Arvil Armitstead, and many aunts, uncles, cousins, nurses, doctors, therapists and teachers. Preceded in death by his grandmother Darlene Armitstead and cousins William Park and Kathryn Armitstead.
A viewing will be held at Jenkins-Soffe South Valley, 1007 W. South Jordan Parkway (10600 So.), South Jordan on Friday, December 9 from 6 to 8 PM. A memorial service will be held at Kauri Sue Hamilton School, 2827 W. 13400 S. Riverton on Saturday, December 10 at 1 PM.
In lieu of flowers, please donate in Caleb's name to Primary Children's Hospital, Make A Wish Foundation, or the USDB Deaf-Blind Division.
