Holladay, UTâ€"Our beloved Donna Lee Smylie, passed away on July 14, 2022, on her sixty-ninth birthday. Born and raised in Adelaide, Australia, Donna was the eldest child of Ivan and Janet Radman. Stephen Smylie, her first date as a 16-year old debutante, became her eternal companion when they were sealed in the New Zealand temple in 1975. During their 47 years together, they had seven children and thirty-two grandchildren.
Throughout her life, Donna used her many talents to bless her family. After graduating from college with a degree in education, she pursued her interests in special education, photography, and business always with the greater goal in mind to provide enriching experiences for her family.
Donna was a faithful member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints and served in the church all her life. In 2015-2016 Donna served a family history mission along with Stephen in Sydney, Australia. Of all the gospel principles that Mum loved, her favorite was the promise of eternal families.
She is survived by her husband, Stephen Smylie, and their seven children: Levi (Rebecca) Radman Smylie , Jacob Radman Smylie , Austin (Ashley) Dan Radman Smylie, Jessie Janet Smylie (Rowan), Sarah (Darrell) Natalia LeDoux , Aliza (Marcus) Jane Burbank, and Alexandra (Benjamin) Irene Wade. She is survived by her five siblings: Peter Radman, Joann (Stan) Crook, Bronte (Brian) Clarke, Martin Radman, and Jordan (Lori) Radman, and is preceded in death by her loving parents, Ivan and Janet Radman.
A graveside service will be live streamed on Friday, July 22 at 11:00 am MST at https://memorialutah.com/obituaries/donnasmylie/

Our time in Florida was greatly blessed by your friendship and the service in the church which both of you offered. We love you.
