Our thoughts and prayers are with Kay's family. I new Kay as a youngster growing up in Park Valley, Utah. I remember riding on the back of Kay's hay bailer making sure every bail of has tied, as He was bailing hay. He was a great role model that has lasted though my life.

My condolences to all of Kay's family. He was my parents' (Kent and Alfa Jean Carter) first cousin and I remember him well from Park Valley days when I was young. He and Clarene lived a full and rich life, and now they're together again. May you find comfort in the love of family and friends at this time.
