This beautiful picture captures Kelly's spirit. She could hear and when she was spoken to, that is the smile that she gave in answer. The lives that she touched by her spirit and the example of her parents and sister has rippled out, as others have said, making us all aware of the worth of souls in the sight of God. Can you imagine her family members in the Spirit World greeing her? She will run to meet them as she will be able to see them and their smiles, too. Her arms will easily embrace them. The Savior's embrace will reward her for the sacrifice she made to come here and be immobile. Run, Kelly Run!

We have been thinking of you all weekend, Swan family. You are dear precious people & an example to all of us. Kelly will be greatly missed. God Bless You!

Kelly had a mission to fulfill on earth, and willingly accepted an assignment to occupy a body with zero mobility, forego the sights of this earth, and depend utterly on her family and medical science for each new day's nourishment. I have witnessed first hand the astonishing breadth and depth of influence such a soul can wield. She taught us what a precious thing life is, however restricted it may seem. She taught us how to love with the purity and clarity of the Savior. My family and I will be forever changed from knowing Kelly Swan.

Kelly was a ray of light and inspiration to everyone who knew her. Her bright smile lit up the room and we were all touched by her sweet spirit. She is now smiling brightly down from heaven and will be an ever-present angel to her amazing parents, Debbie and Richard, and sweet sister Lyndsay. We love you Swan Family! Love, Matt, Heidi, Hanna, Siri, Champ & Aage
