Linda Pearson Obituary

Linda Faye Lish Pearson
Oct 20, 1945 - March 13, 2017
Linda was born in Dragerton, Utah on October 20, 1945, to Renae L. Lish and Donna M. Sandall. She was 1 of 4 daughters. She lived most of her life in the Murray area, graduating from Murray High School in 1963. She married John A. Pearson on November 14, 1963, in Elko, Nevada (later divorced). They have 4 children: John (Angela), Julia (Vaughn) Robinson, Stephanie Riddle, Tonya (Richard "Herb") Giles. Linda has 10 grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren. Her face lit up when they entered the room. She loved them all.
Linda fought a long hard battle with MS for more years than we can count. It finally won…or did it? RUN, Mom, RUN! You are the winner in our eyes. Your example of enduring to the end has made us better people. Thank you for the opportunity to serve you. We love you and will miss you every day.
Our family would like to thank all the dear friends that have loved and cared for Linda for so many years, and in so doing, served our entire family. We express gratitude to the many caregivers that Linda has had over the years. Your services have been much appreciated. The daughters would like to thank John and Angie for keeping Linda in their home throughout this entire journey.
A viewing will be held from 6pm-8pm on Thursday, March 16, 2017, at Jenkins-Soffe Mortuary, 4760 S. State Street, Murray, UT. A private family gathering will be held the following morning. Linda's final resting place will be the Murray City Cemetery.

I got to visit my Aunt Linda when I came into town this last time around. I was excited she remembered me. I got a big smile. She squeezed my hand said my name. I give her a big hug and told her how much I love her. We talked about a few of our family adventures while I was growing up. I remember her giving me my first frost job on my hair. I was so excited. I got to share pictures of my family and cakes with her. She was happy to see them. She will be missed. Love you Aunt LindaConnie
