I was privileged and blessed to learn so much from Lynn. He could work me under the table any day. His intelligence was matched by none. His abilities outnumbered any fully able bodied person by the dozens.
I was blessed to know him and learn so very much from him. I was so happy as technology kept increasing to give Lynn more freedom.
I learned so much from him from touring job sites, being a very poor chauffer in that giant van, doing checklists on job sites and reading a job site well. Learned to read blue prints and graphs under his tremendous tutelage.
If he had a temper (and he did), well who can blame someone when your body isn't cooperating with an absolutely brilliant mind?
Always, thought of with warmth and love through the years and have only ever spoken in highest regards to you ever, Lynn. May god welcome you to his eternal rest and may the good lord keep you busy unfettered by physical constraints and limitations. You were the best and are the best.
Blessings to all of the Woodbury family and corporation. You are all the very best as always.

Cecily, I just learned yesterday of Lynn's passing. Perhaps you don't remember me, Dan Summerhays from Wasatch St.
The last time I visited with Lynn was when you lived on Michigan Ave. You don't know this, but my wife, Connie, got Lupus in 1990. She died from the disease or the medicine to treat the disease in 2008. I had some very dark times during those years. Whenever I got to feeling sorry for myself I would think of you. So you see, you inspired me to keep going. I just wanted to thank you. Keep smiling.
Dan.

From the Walker family in Idaho Falls, we will be forever grateful for Lynn's gentle friendship and his professional talents that contributed so much to our adventures with the Woodbury family. Heaven's been made an even better place now. May God bless Lynn and his family, especially at this time.

I enjoyed my friendship and professional relationship with Lynn. I knew him from my role with Architectural Nexus and also Wadman Corp. He was always congenial, thoughtful, considerate, intelligent and a true professional. Even with his unfortunate accident and disability, he accomplished an amazing amount of credible work. One only wonders what he might have done. As a co-architect, I admired his vision and his grasp of the entirety of the work. The Woodbury family is a great family. They can be proud of what Lynn contributed both professionally and as a kind humanitarian. We will miss Lynn.

I worked directly with Lynn for several years. Lynn was an incredible man, and mentor.
Lynn was one of the few people I couldn't keep up with. I think he thought his chair was a NASCAR.
you will be missed my freind.

My sincerest love and condolences on Lynn's passing. I had the pleasure of spending many hours over many years working closely with him that I will cherish forever. He not only knew the Companies business inside and out, but had a wry sense of humor that made working with him rather fun most of the time. He never had a bad word for anyone.
Remembering the afternoon I took him to Thanksgiving Point to watch a golf tournament and chasing him around and praying that he didn't "flip" his chair running up to greens.
Rest in peace, Lynn

I have had the pleasure and honor of knowing Lynn for 55 years. A great student, athlete, fun loving friend to all who knew him. His example of courage and perseverance after his crippling accident 40 years ago serves as an example of pressing forward against the odds and challenges of mortality. Having graduated from East High together, I wanted him so badly to attend our class reunions after the accident. At our 20th he was honored , though didn´t seek any attention, but I think it meant a great deal to him to be so loved by his classmates. I saw and visited with him from time to time, and was always greeted warmly and personally. I proudly introduced him to family members at U of U football games in the scholarship area. For our 50th reunion, twice moved during the past several years, he willingly contributed to our event, and attended one evening for which I am grateful, as it was the last time I would see him in this life. God bless his posterity and closest loved ones, a great one among us has graduated with honors and gotten his legs back for his next dive.

I´ve only recently gotten to know a small number of the very large Woodbury family through business, but what I´ve learned is that they are absolutely wonderful people. I´m honored to have gotten to know the select number I´ve met this far. Unfortunately, I never had the chance to meet Lynn, but I´m sure he was a wonderful guy. I´m so sorry for your loss, and my heart goes out to all of you. Prayers to all of you.

Dearest Cecily, Michael, Elizabeth, Chelsea, Rick and Becky, Jeff and Sonia,
We have experienced from very close range, Lynn's courage, faith, integrity and love and his passion for Architectural precision. He was valiant in his will to live, evidenced that first night in 1985 following the accident. Cecily, how well we remember your love as an exemplary care giver to your forever Lynn. Now, here we are almost 38 years later and observe your expanded beautiful family, your love for each. other, and the countless lives you and your children have blessed. We observe the many beautiful buildings Lynn has overseen architecturally. He has truly been a noble professional as well as a very loving and responsible Husband, Father and Grandfather.
Up until very recently, we observed Lynn's brilliant mind engaged in technical discussions, just as bright and gifted as always. His fairness, his accuracy and his quickness in bringing closure to complex issues are some of his finest qualities. Of even greater importance is his knowledge of the Great Plan of Happiness and of Eternal Life. His closeness to Rick and Jeff as brothers and their depth of respect, care and love for each other was pure.
We wish Cecily the children and grandchildren and the entire Woodbury Family, all the blessings of eternal joy, assured that Lynn deserves realms of glory and a sweet reunion with parents and loved ones who have passed.
We extend blessings of peace and the Savior's love in your homes and hearts. Much love, Craig and Jan Zwick

Cecily, We were sad to hear about Lynn and that your family has suffered a great loss in such a kind and faithful man. We always enjoyed Lynn's words of wisdom, and how accomplished he was despite his physical limitations. I know you spent a great deal of your life making his involvement in work and community possible by the great care that you gave him. We admired your daily sacrifices on behalf of Lynn and your family. We are living happily here on Dell Haven Lane and enjoying many of its amenities thanks to your hard work. We plan on watching the services for Lynn on zoom, but wanted you to know you are in our thoughts.
