Nancy and I worked on our Baltimore family trees via computer for over 12 years and, though we never met nor share an ancestor, we are family. We often spoke of what we'd ask our ancestors if we could so I know she's busy getting the answers to her questions and watching over all of us. Scrapple, train gardens at Christmas and old photos... Miss you, Love you. Cheri Johnston

I didn't know Nancy & Bob for very long...I'm just the guy who did their countertops recently! But when a neighbor just told me that she had passed away today I was deeply troubled...I am glad she is no longer suffering and has moved into preparation for the next journey. Nancy was great to work with and she and Bob made a great couple! My condolences to everyone in their family and friendship tree. Thank you!

For the Jeffs family,
You all have my deepest sympathy. Nancy and I never met, but emailed and talked a few times on the phone. She graciously sent me some of her memories of Parkville, Md.and some pictures to go with them for our work in progress, a local history book of memories from residents.
Her caring spirit always showed in her emails and conversations. I will miss her.
I feel fortunate to have known her. How fortunate all of her family is to have had her love and guidance.
Thoughts and prayers.

For the Jeffs family:
Nancy and I had so many phone chats. We laughed and cried and "straightened out" the rest of the world. We met as TaxAide volunteers and she was a great teacher and a wonderful friend.. She had a great sense of humor and true caring spirit which she shared with others.
I know how she suffered the last months and only that makes it a bit easier to let her go. But there will always be a huge empty space in my heart for my dear friend.

Bob, I am shocked and sooo sorry. I have a soft spot in my heart for you and Nancy since those many days ago when you brought us news of Jerry's passing. So many years and I am happy you found your mate and were able to spend so these delightful years together. Life will change, believe me I know. But there will be brighter days as well as off days...but hang in there, see you soon...Jim

I love you grandma. I miss you so much..... The work you did with family research is awe inspiring and you have left a permanent mark on many lives. The world will truly be a poorer place without you, but God has surely gained an amazing woman, an angel, who will continue to bless many.
Love for all eternity............. Lisa, Frank, Kaleb, Nathan, Delaney, Kaytlin, Kassidy, and Ethan <3 <3

Unfortunately, Nancy and I never got to meet face-to-face but we sure were great computer friends! Hard to visualize anyone more determined than myself in researching family history but Nancy was a determined searcher! The thought that she has re-united with her Baltimore ancestors and the Lord Jesus Christ is a comfort; however, my prayers and sympathy are with the family and friends she has left behind.

Dear Grandma,
I want to tell you how much I love you and miss you. When I visit Baltimore this summer, I will be sure to visit all the places that you mentioned to me so I can be that much closer to you, knowing these were places that you have been before me. I will be sure to share all of the family history that you have worked so diligently with my boys so they know the greatness of their family. I hope you are healthy and happy in your new heavenly home and will think of you often in my heart and prayers.
With Much Love,
Kimberly

Nancy was a delight to be with. She enjoyed painting with us at our Painting Guild meetings for many years. We all love her, and miss her and miss painting with her.
