Philip Neff Fisher 1934 ~ 2009 Philip Neff Fisher went home to with be his parents on 16 March 2009. He said goodbye to most of his family and friends, telling them he loved them, and he'd see them later. Phil was born 3 June 1934 in Hillspring, Alberta, Canada. They had three sons and lived in Tooele, Grantsville, Provo, Springville, and Orem. Phil made his living in various occupations, but mostly in the construction trades. He retired as a millwright /welder in 1986 after the industrial accident that almost took his life. Several men spoke highly of Phil's integrity and his leadership abilities on the job. Many friends and co-workers will miss him. To say he loved fishing would be an understatement. Phil lived to go fishing and hunting. The LDS Church was important to him, and he often took opportunities to bear his testimony. He served in many callings such as, Elders Quorum President, High Priest Group leader, and Branch President of the Seville Care Center branch. He was most proud to serve in the Provo, and Mount Timpanogos, Temples for many years. Phil leaves behind his wife Carol. sons, Brent Fisher, Keith (Wendy) Fisher, and Fred Fisher; grandchildren, Alexandria Vincent, Shane Fisher, and Keisha Fisher; two great grandchildren; siblings--Joy Hansen, Gloria Chipman, James (Ann) Fisher, Morgon (Kathy) Fisher, and Thelma Sorensen.
