James Brian Rhoads

James Brian Rhoads, 49, of Barstow, passed away on August 10, 2016 in Dalian, China. James was born in Barstow, CA to Thomas and Janet Rhoads on March 14, 1967. He attended Barstow High School and went on to earn a Master's Degree from Pepperdine University. He worked as a Professor at Dalian University of Technology in China. He had been teaching in China for the last 3 years. James is survived by his parents, Thomas and Janet Rhoads, his sister Kristine Gonzales and her husband Roland (Bo) Gonzales, his nephew Eric Gonzales, and nieces Carrie and Hailey Gonzales.
