Ann Marie O'Neill, first of three children born to Stan Van Hauen and Marlys (Struck) Van Hauen was born on May 4, 1959 in Waterloo, Iowa and passed from this life Friday, December 7, 2012 at Mercy Hospice in Johnston, Iowa at 53 years of age.

Ann grew up in Dike, Iowa and graduated from UNI. She married Jeff O'Neill on November 25, 1992 and moved to Osceola.

Ann leaves to cherish her memory, husband, Jeff O'Neill of Osceola; father, Stan Van Hauen of Dike; mother, Marlys Van Hauen of Urbandale; sons, Justin Lehew of Ames; Matt Clausman of Simi Valley, CA; Josh Clausman of Chelmsford, MA; daughter, Chelsea O'Neill of McDonough, GA; grandchild, Temperence Hollis of McDonough, GA; brother, Dave Van Hauen of Williamsburg, IA; sister, Ellen Rued of Elko, MN as well as other relatives and friends.

Memorial services were held on Tuesday at Osceola United Methodist Church.

Memorials may go to Susan G. Komen For the Cure.

Jeff and Family: I am so sorry to hear about Ann. I worked with her at Prairie Meadows for several years and I know that she was a wonderful, caring wife and mother and now that she is a grandma, I can only immage how proud and wonderful she was. Please know that your family is in my prayers.
