John A. O'Hara, Jr.

Born April 12, 1921 in Philadelphia, PA., "Jack" passed away peacefully on January 29, 2018 at the age of 96. Jack was preceded in death by his beloved wife Dorothy of 73 years. He is survived by their 13 children, 41 grandchildren, 36 great-grandchildren and 1 great-great grandchild. There will be a Funeral Mass on Saturday, March 3, 2018 at 12 noon at St. Teresa of Calcutta Catholic Church - 17856 NE Woodinville-Duvall Rd, Woodinville, WA. There is a reception to follow.
