Barbara Keosoff, 71, passed away August 4, 2015. Funeral Services will be held 11:00 a.m. on Monday, August 10 at Iles Westover Chapel, with interment following at Highland Memory Gardens. Visitation will be 3:00 to 5:00 p.m. on Sunday, August 9 at Iles Westover Chapel.

Barbara was born on March 30, 1944 in Des Moines to Howard and Helen (Stump) Dann. She graduated from North High School and worked for the US Postal Service for 30 years.

Barbara will be missed by her husband, Charles Keosoff of Des Moines; children, Michelle (Randy) Roovaart of Windsor Heights, Todd (Kelly Kearney) Tetmeyer of Ankeny, Jennifer (Eric Wagner) Sangster of Granbury, TX, and Ihla Keosoff of Ankeny; 12 grandchildren; 14 great-grandchildren; and siblings, Gary (Toni) Dann and Marilyn (Jim) Rychel, both of Des Moines. Barbara was preceded in death by her parents. Online condolences are welcomed at IlesCares.com.

you will be truly missed, I know we hadn't seen much of each other sense the Old Sign Shop Days @ the USPS. I DID ENJOY SEEING YOU AND CHUCK AT THE TRACK AND YOU WERE ALWAYS SO LUCKY AND WON ALOT. Oh, Barb, I did not know you were that ill. I am so sorry, and my heart goes out to all her beautiful family. Barb and I ran together in HS and lived not too far from each other. I am grateful to have been with her at the 50th Reunion and some of the monthly gatherings.
