Bette Ogle Obituary

Graveside services for Bette Ogle, 76, who died Saturday, November 13, 2010 at the Indianola Good Samaritan Center, will be held 2:30p.m., Wednesday, November 17 at the Kinderhook Cemetery, Kinderhook, IL.

Bette enjoyed cooking and baking for her family, caring for elderly people and gardening, especially raising African Violets.

She is survived by her husband of 60 years, Don; daughter, Martha (Al) Fering; grandchildren, Christopher and Erica Fering; brother, Jerry Curry and sister, Nancy Goss. She was preceded in death by her parents, Everett and Mavis Curry and brother, Melvin Curry.

Visitation will be held from 1 to 2 p.m. Wednesday, November 17 at Niebur Funeral Chapel in Barry, IL. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be given to Knoxville Hospice of Central Iowa or Indianola Good Samaritan Society. Online condolences may be sent at www.overtonfunerals.com.

The family would like to thank the Indianola Good Samaritan Society and Knoxville Hospice of Central Iowa for their care and comfort to Bette and the family.
