Bobbi Jean Silvernail, 38, of Ames, passed away Saturday, November 26, 2011. Visitation is 4 to 7 p.m. Tuesday, November 29 at Adams Funeral Home, 502 Douglas Avenue, Ames, Iowa 50010. Funeral services are 11 a.m. Wednesday, November 30 at Adams Funeral Home.

Bobbi was born June 24, 1973 in Bristol, PA to Robert and Margaret (Masney) Silvernail. She married John Brunscheon June 28, 2010 in West Des Moines, Iowa. Bobbi was a Michigan football fanatic and she loved sitting in her 50 yard line seats with her father Robert Silvernail. She enjoyed participating in the Des Moines Playhouse, watching college football, and enjoyed helping others when they were in need of assistance. She loved watching and participating in pageants, and was named Mrs. Iowa in 2004.

She is survived by her husband, John Brunscheon, of Ames; daughter, Chloe Bergman; step-daughters, Jaina and Lily Brunscheon; mother, Margaret Silvernail (Bill McWatters); father, Robert (Angela) Silvernail; sister, Belinda Silvernail; brother, David (Shelley) Silvernail, father-in-law, Larry Brunscheon, mother-in-law, Sheery Brunscheon, and sister-in-law, Sara (Jake) Oxenford and a host of family and friends.

She was preceded in death by her grandparents and brother, Daniel Silvernail.

Memorials may be directed to the family.

Adams Funeral Home and Cremation Service is assisting the family with arrangements in Ames.

My deepest sympathy to the family in this loss.

I was friends with Bobbi on Facebook.I was shocked when I read the post of her death. She was like a ray of sun with each of her posts. Her joy of life was evident.

Bobbi was the minister at my daughter's wedding in july. I liked her the minute I met her. she was so nice and sweet. you could tell she had a beautiful soul. I am so sorry for her passing. I will be praying for her family and friends. Rest in peace Bobbi. You touched a lot of hearts here on earth!
