BRENDA DIANNE ANDERSON-HILL

Brenda Hill, 58, passed away on March 11, 2010 in Des Moines, IA. She was born on December 17, 1951 in Nashville, TN. Brenda served 26 years with the Metropolitan Nashville Police Department in Nashville, TN. She retired in 2005.
Visitation will be Saturday, March 13 from 2 to 8 p.m. at Brooks Funeral Care-Tonini Chapel, 2135 SW 9th St., Des Moines. Funeral Service will be at 2 p.m. on Sunday, March 14, at Tonini Chapel with burial following at Norwalk Cemetery.
Brenda will be missed by her children, Lynda Iannello, Steven (BJ) Rittenberry, Ky (Jordyn Fross) Hill and Leia (Alex) Vieria; nine grandchildren, Josie, Joey, Lyndsey, Jacob, Grace, Cody, Hannah, Collin & Morgan; three brothers, Raymond Jr. (Joy), John, and Jeffrey Anderson. She is preceded in death by her parents, Raymond Sr. and Polly Anderson.
Special thanks for the kindness given to Brenda during her illness by her special friends, Cy (Rhonda) and Tytus Hill, Lucy Roarke, Tracey and Marie Anderson and her new extended family. Memorial contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society or Staves Memorial United Methodist Church, Des Moines.
