David F. Flanagan, 55, of Des Moines passed away on December 31, 2008 at Fleur Heights Hospice.
David was born in Des Moines and was a graduate of Lincoln High School. He had worked at RR Donnelly for 25 years and is survived by his mother, Ruth Maxine Flanagan; his fiancé, Mimi Murphy; his brothers, Larry of Runnells and Kent of West Des Moines as well as many other extended family. He was preceded in death by his father Forest.
He has been cremated and graveside services will be held at a later date at Masonic Cemetery in Des Moines. Memorial contributions may be made to St. John's Lutheran Church. Services are being handled by Hamilton's Southtown Funeral Home 285-3911.
