My parents mailed me Mrs Telhaw's obituary. I just want her family to know that I remember her quite well. She was one of those teachers a kid can never forget. She was my 4th grade teacher at Clive School in 1979. It was the year after my mom died and she seemed to help me get through that year just fine. I am forever grateful. So thanks Mrs Telshaw! I now have 3 young children and I strive for a good education for them. Much in thanks to the positive teachers I had- like Mrs Telshaw, 4th grade Clive School. Peace--

It was pleasure and honor to teach with Dorie at Clive Elementary. She loved to inspire children to learn. I will always remember her special giggle and that twinkle in her eye. I will miss her. I am praying for your family.
