Doug Jones Obituary
Winterset
Doug Jones passed away Wednesday, September 13, 2017 at University of Iowa Hospitals and Clinics in Iowa City.
A visitation will be held 5 to 8 p.m., Tuesday, September 19, 2017 at Ochiltree Funeral Service in Winterset; family will be present to receive friends during this time. Funeral services will be held 11 a.m., Wednesday, September 20 at the funeral home. Memorials may be directed to the family for a later designation and online condolences can be left at ochiltree.com.
Doug is survived by his parents, Jim and Faye Jones of Winterset; daughter, Haley Jones of Winterset; son, Payton "Bubba" Jones of Truro; siblings, Melissa Berry of Winterset and Greg Jones of Grimes; nieces and nephews, Tim (Gillian) Alexiel, Jordan (Nick) Songer, Mariah (Joey Johnston) Berry, Tyler Berry, Brielle Berry, and Heather (Oscar) Ibarra; other relatives and many friends.
He was preceded in death by a son, Wade Jones; and a nephew, Jeffrey Jones.
