Janice Ennis Obituary
Carlisle, Iowa
Janice D. Ennis of Carlisle Iowa age 62, was born on April 19, 1951 in Memphis, Tennessee. Jan went home to be with the Lord on January 1st, 2014 after a long battle with cancer. She worked in the Carlisle Public School systems and in the summer worked at the Carlisle city Swimming pool. Janice graduated high school in Bellevue, Iowa in 1969 and studied and worked as an Electrologist for many years. Jan's quick wit and Spirituality were just a couple things that will be greatly missed. Janice was preceded in death in 1998 by her father Kenneth Carlisle Wolf. She is survived by her mother Charlene Pollock of Sun City, Arizona; sisters, Freida &David Ernst of Peoria, Arizona, Susie Lester of Davenport, Iowa, Lisa Wolf of Kernersville, North Carolina; nephews, Cameron & Rita Hawley and Trevon Lester; nieces, Shauna & Donny Tomlinson, Angie & Norm Marcov, Katie Wolf and Hailey Lewis, and 7 great nieces and nephews. There will be a Memorial Celebration of her life held on Saturday, January 25th, 2014 from 1-3 p.m. at Peterson Funeral Home, 415 School St. in Carlisle Iowa.
