Joel Agee Obituary
Des Moines
Joel D. Agee, 31, died unexpectedly at his home Tuesday, December 1, 2015. Funeral services will be 10:00 am, Saturday, December 5, 2015 at Iles Westover Chapel. Burial will follow at Highland Memory Gardens.
Joel was born January 20, 1984 in Des Moines. Attended North High School and worked at several restaurants in the Des Moines area. Joel was a very compassionate man who loved spending time with his family and had a soft spot for animals.
Survivors include his parents: Doug and Vicki Agee of Des Moines; daughter, Taelynn of Winterset; sister, Michelle (Kurt) Bata of Whiting; niece, Trinity and nephew, Logan. Joel was preceded in death by his grandparents: Lee and Darlene Agee, and Richard and Clair (Troster) Heaton.
The family will receive friends 5-7:00 pm Friday at the funeral home. Memorial contributions may be made to the family for Taelynn's education fund. Online condolences are welcome at www.IlesCares.com.

I'm truly sorry for your loss. Joel was a really sweet person, i lost someone a few months back and someone told me " when you loose someone you love, you gain an ANGEL". My heart goes out to your family.
