John was a spiritual mentor to me. He always had a big smile and strong handshake to give to a nervous young man about to give a public talk or assembly part....He took personal intrest and gave me counsel in the warmest, loving way..I needed that and will miss it...Will also miss yearly golf outings he organized. My prayers are with family...Stay faithful as he will want to see us all soon
