He was my cardiologist and my favorite doctor! He was very good and made me laugh when at the end of my check up he would say, now get out of here so I can help someone sick. I will miss him terribly!

Jon was a fantastic doctor and a genuine, kind hearted person. I enjoyed working with him immensely. My thoughts and prayers are with him and his family.

Dr. Fudge was my cardiologist. He was a calming and encouraging influence on my wife and myself both before and after my bypass surgery. I always looked forward to seeing him at my checkups because of his caring nature. I was due to see him this month. I will miss him enormously, not only as my doctor, but someone I considered a friend.

To young :( John was a great man who dedicated his life to helping others. I remember playing baseball with him when we were young and just hanging out.

Jon was a true gentleman and a class act. As his patient he always was a straight shooter. We had close relationship, and the last time I was in to see him he told me how sick he was and we both held hands and cried in the exam room. Jon I will miss you more than you would ever know. I'll look you up when I get there.
