Raymond Lloyd, 58, was born October 5, 1952 in Des Moines, the son of Louis and Betty (Brooks) Lloyd. He passed away peacefully at his home surrounded by his loving family Thursday, June 16, 2011.

Ray is survived by his loving wife, Linda; children, Shannon (Jason), Jennifer, Jamie, Shantell, William and Kori; many grandchildren and great-grandchildren; siblings, Louis (Kathy), Gaylord, Shirley, Betty and Dixie (Bob) Potter and numerous nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents.

Cremation has occurred and memorial services will be held at 1 p.m. Monday, June 20, 2011 at Celebration of Christ Church, 530 Broadway with inurnment to follow at Laurel Hill Cemetery. Memorial contributions may be made to the family in loving memory of Ray. Hamilton's Funeral Home is handling arrangements.
