Richard Letsch Obituary

Dick Letsch, 87, passed away on Monday, January 24, 2011. Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 11 a.m. on Friday, January 28 at Assumption Catholic Church (1904 Sycamore St., Granger). The family will greet friends from 5-8 p.m. on Thursday evening at the church. Burial of the cremated remains will take place at a later date in the Calvary Cemetery in Waterloo.

Dick is survived and lovingly remembered by his wife of 67 years, Dorothy; children, Marilyn (John) Magnuson of Evansdale, Tom (Mary) of Grimes, David (Cynthia) of Grimes, Douglas (Carla) of Mineola, TX, John (Kim) of LeMars, and Lori (Gary) Adams of Grimes; 17 grandchildren and 24 great-grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his parents; son, Jeffrey; daughters, Nancy Ann Letsch and Susan Kay Letsch; brothers, Bob Letsch and Jack Letsch and two grandchildren.
