Phyllis sold me my second house in Urbandale a long, long time ago. I was lucky enough shortly thereafter to become the Schmadeke's financial advisor. Meeting with Bob was always interesting because when I drove up to the house, the garage door was always open. Each time there would be a different car in the garage! The first ten minutes of our meeting would be about when, where and why he bought a different car. He was a great man who I enjoyed meeting with. He was one of the few people who shared my love of motorcycles and we always found reasons to laugh a bit at each meeting. He will be missed. My thoughts and prayers are with his family and friends.
