I purchased a Woody and Trailer that he made in 2012, and was researching his work. He was a talented man, I am sorry for your loss.

I knew him at Utah State during our college years there. We had great times together. Always thought some how I'd run into him again. So sad at his passing.

One evening in high school Jon and I started doing some bodywork on my car in his garage. Steve came out to see what we were doing and provide some helpful tips. When midnight rolled around Steve was putting the final touches on the car long after Jon and I had started dozing. That was just the kind of person he was. The world would be a much better place if there were more like him.

Steve was a special first cousin whose technical knowledge always amazed me as did his woodworking skills. My husband and I also enjoyed vegetables from Steve's garden. He definitely had a green thumb to go along with his kind and thoughtful heart. He will be missed.

Steve was a great procurement leader and one of the trailblazers for Emerson in Asia. Those of us that came behind had an easier road because of Steve's work.
