Vickie Little Obituary
Des Moines
Vickie Sue Little, 61, passed away June 1, 2013. Memorial visitation will be held Friday, June 7, 2013 from 6 to 8 p.m. at Henderson's Funeral Home.
Vickie will be remembered by her mother, Marjory Little; her brothers, Michael and William Little; and a host of extended family and friends.

Sorry to hear of Vickie passing. We shared so many stories and laughs together, when I worked at the YW. Such a sweet spirit she had. She had many friends there.

Vickie was a Christain woman with great faith. I prayed with her when she was in the hospital before her surjery. She had a deep trust in God and learned to turn life's challenges over to him. I am thankful for the friendship we had at the meal site. Blessings to Vickie as she still prays for us on our earthly pilgrimage. Rev. Robert A. Kem St.Anne's Episcopal Church in Ankeny.

I met Vickie several years ago at The Connection Cafe. She lead us in prayer with true appreciation and thankfulness for the meal, the people sharing the meal and those who prepared the meal. Her faith in God and her love for her fellowman really shone through. She was always so nice to me and I will miss her smiling face and her kind spirit.

I didn't know Vickie very well but she was always so nice when I saw her. I will miss seeing her around as I deliver Meals On Heels. My prayers, thoughts & sympathy goes out to her family & friends.
