William Denning Obituary
Indianola - Celebration of life services for William "Kent" Denning Sr., 56, who passed away Friday, January 25, 2019, at Mercy Hospice in Johnston, will be held 11 a.m. Thursday, January 31 at Indianola Community Church, 14424 Kennedy St, Indianola, IA 50125, burial of cremains will be held in the Iowa Veterans Cemetery, Van Meter, IA.
He is survived by his wife, Christine; William (Katie Witt) Denning II, Keith (Cody) Denning, David (Dannelle) Thompson, Danielle (John) Zanatta, Corey (Ciara Negrete) Denning, Hunter Albers, Cole (Tayler) Denning, Emilie Denning, Julia Denning; 19 grandchildren; siblings, Sandra Brown, Jerry (Rachelle) Denning, Richard (Gail) Denning, Kathy (Steve) Mulinix; many other friends and family. He is preceded in death by his mother, Carol Skala; father, Wilford Denning; brother-in-law, Darrell Brown.
Visitation will be held one hour prior to services on Thursday at the church. Memorials may be made in his name to the Wounded Warrior Project or St. Jude's Hospital. To sign an online condolence, visit our website at www.overtonfunerals.com.

Kent worked for me for 6 months a couple of years ago. What a great guy and wonderful human being. My thoughts and prayers go out to Kent and his family
