Christine Blanke Obituary
Christine at Peace in Heaven Christine Blanke January 7, 1948 - June 3, 2017 Christine, loving Wife, Mother, and Grandmother, passed away on the 3rd of June, 2017 after her strong battle with cancer for 3 years. She is survived by her husband Richard of 45 years, Son Rick, Daughter-in-law Laura, Daughter Renee, and Grandson Leo. Christine was born in Pittsburgh, PA and raised in Detroit, MI, where she graduated from Southwestern High School in 1966. She married Richard in 1972. They raised 2 children, Rick and Renee, in Pinckney, MI. She worked for Thomson-Shore in Dexter, MI for 20 years where her strong work ethic and warm personality helped her advance from production worker to Sales Manager. Christine was a dedicated wife and mother to her family, and cherished every moment with them. She enjoyed the many friendships she fostered throughout her life. Her genuine, loving soul will live on forever in our hearts and memories.
