IRENE KOVACH Obituary

February 5, 2003 of Allen Park. Beloved wife of the late Stephen P. "Smitty". Dearest mother of Mary Ellen (Mike) Ramker, Stephen Mathias (Anne) Kovach and David-Allan (Betsy) Kovach. Loving grandmother of Michelle (Jason) Borro, Daniel S. Ramker, Nicholas S. Kovach and Peter J. Kovach. Dear sister of Stella (Granville) Beatty, the late Joseph Kovacs and the late John Kovacs Jr. Irene was an active member of Holy Cross Hungarian Church and St. Frances Cabrini Church. She had a zest for life and will be remembered for the three loves of her life. Her family, her Hungarian Heritage and all types of sports. Service will start at 9:15 a.m. Saturday at the John K. Solosy Funeral Home 3206 Fort, Lincoln Park followed by Mass 10:00 a.m. at Holy Cross Church. Entombment Our Lady of Hope Cemetery. Visitation Friday 1-9 p.m. Rosary 7:00 p.m. In lieu of flowers, donations to Michigan Parkinson Foundation preferred.
