James Justin Obituary
- - JUSTIN, James M. "Jim". October 16, 2018. Age 77. Beloved husband of the late Colleen. Loving father of Karen Justin-Tanner and Sharon Watson (Patrick). Proud and loving Grandpa Justin of Aston, London, Angelica, Alexis, Sterling and Kelton. Also survived by his dear friend Brian Bonds and many loving nieces and nephews. Predeceased by his parents Mathias and Mary as well as his sister and brothers. Jim proudly served in the 97th Engineer Batallion of the United States Army and completed 2 tours of duty in Vietnam. Visitation Monday 2-9pm. Graveside service with military honor rendered by the United States Army, Tuesday 9:30am at Resurrection Cemetery, 18201 Clinton River Road, Clinton Township. Your dad was one of the best men I have ever been privileged to know and spend time with. He helped my first wife Barbara with a house on Park Terrace that my mother had bought to keep her sister from loosing it. After Beatrice Pennington passed your dad helped us keep the house and yard there till I sold it in fall of 2011. I knew after fall of 2018 I could not reach Mr. Justin anymore. I am in Richmond, Va. and your dad and I could work on the house together and go out to eat together or do many things. He was more than a good neighbor a true friend! We could share all kinds of things and he always spoke so lovingly of you his daughters and his dogs. I just found out thru obituaries that he had passed today. He will be in my thoughts and heart forever. Everybody that know me calls me Morris. I do not know what we would have done without him living in Virginia most of time and having relatives there and trying to take care of the house there without him.
