MARIO ARTUSO Obituary

ARTUSO MARIO Age 65, born April 25th, 1946. Passed suddenly May 28th, 2011 and will be greatly missed. Mario was the son of John and Ida Artuso (deceased) of Detroit, MI. He was more than just a brother to Eddie (Margie), Nene (deceased), and his sister Darlene Miller (Mark), he was a best friend. He was a loving father to April Artuso Cowden (Daniel), and adoring grandfather of Kyle, Maria, Christopher, and Charles. He was beloved by his partner Shelley Perry of Davison. His life was spent with family and friends including the nieces and nephews of the Dettore and Artuso families. He was an avid outdoorsman, motorcyclist and boat enthusiast. He loved and was loved. He had a wealth of friends. Thursday Memorial (3-6 p.m.): Hell Creek Ranch (Forbidden Wheels Lodge), 10866 Cedar Lake, Pinckney, MI.

He was my best friend growing up in Detroit, Michigan. He was beside me when I was shot in the eye by a BB. He held me and helped me find a side view mirror on a car so I could see the damage!! A good friend and not forgotten!! RIP Mario.
