Funeral: 10 a.m. Saturday at Laurel Land Memorial Chapel of Fort Worth. Burial: Laurel Land Memorial Park. Visitation: 6-8 p.m. Friday at Laurel Land Funeral Home of Fort Worth.

Mrs. Morrow was born Oct. 2, 1908 in Comanche County, Texas. She married James G. Morrow in 1938 in Comanche, Texas. She lived in San Angelo before moving to Fort Worth in 1951 and worked at Leonard Brothers Department Store. She was a devoted Christian and a faithful member of Stadium Drive Baptist Church, where she served as Sunday school secretary for 25 years. Her past time was playing the piano and singing hymns. She was known to be generous and thoughtful, and a prayer warrior for all.
She was preceded in death by her parents; two brothers; one sister; her husband, James G. Morrow; and son, Stanley Morrow.
Survivors: Brothers, Lamar Guthrie and wife, Carrie, and Oliver Guthrie of Fort Worth, Melvin Guthrie, Lonneal Guthrie and wife, Vonnie of Brownwood and Bobby Guthrie and wife, Ann of Briggs; sisters, Clydie Drennan and husband, Buddy of Brownwood, Carnell Potts of Cedar Park, Johnnie Ward of Rosenberg; and numerous nieces and nephews.

Mrs Lucille was always witnessing to anyone about Jesus. Now she is with him. our condolance to the family. We were former member of Stadium Drive. We didnt know she had passed away until 2-29-2002.

Lucille, James and Stanley were precious members of Stadium Drive Baptist Church while I pastored there. They will be in my memories until we meet on the golden shore.
