Fort Worth, Texas - Beverly Ann Thompson (Nana) was an amazing woman who was full of love and selflessness.
Nana was born on August 13, 1957 in Oklahoma City to Rebecca Stout and J.L Winkler. She was an "Okie" at heart and lived in Texas where she met and married her husband Gene Thompson, Jr. on December 19, 1978. They raised two children, Gene Thompson III and Rebecca Arandela. Nana was a devoted wife, mother, and Nana, who always put her family's needs first. She loved curating gifts, spending time with family and being at every event for her grandkids.
She is survived by her husband Gene Thompson Jr. of 44 years, her son Gene Thompson III and wife Leah Thompson, her daughter Rebecca Arandela and husband Audy Arandela, her grandchildren Gene Thompson IV, Morgan Thompson, and Asher Arandela, her sister Trish and husband Ron Schwartz, and countless extended family and friends.

Mae, Jim and Bev moved in next door to us when I was about 10 and Bev was a teenager. My mom and Mae became fast friends and we knew her until she passed away. Bev pierced my ears for the first time when we were visiting them in Arkansas (where they were living at the time) with 2 dimes a needle and thread and a bar of soap to push the needle through. What a memory! She was also the one that took me and my sister to see the movie Jaws, when it came out. We have kept in touch with Beverly off and on through the years. She has always been a great friend and we will miss her very much! She was a wonderful person and I am so glad I knew her. I will be praying for the family especially Gene, Gene III, Rebecca and Trish. She will forever be in our hearts with that great laugh and zest for life! Bev what a joyous reunion you must have had with your beloved mother!! Love Beth and Barb
