Bill Drake Obituary

Bill Ed Drake, 64, died Saturday, May 24, 2003, in Fort Worth.

Funeral: 10 a.m. Tuesday at Mt. Zion Baptist Church in Wise County. Burial: 1 p.m. Wednesday at Restlawn Memorial Park in Hereford. Visitation: 7 to 8 p.m. Tuesday at Gililland-Watson Funeral Home in Hereford.

Bill was a member and deacon of Mt. Zion Baptist Church. He was preceded in death by his mother, Mildred; daughter, Laurie Lea; and brother, John Bob.

Survivors: Wife, Ann of Alvord; sons, Charles of Alvord, Sam of Rio Rancho, N.M.; father, Herman of Hereford; brother, Lee of Hereford; and seven grandchildren.
