Dear Mary and family,

Bob and I were saddened to read of your loss. Growing up next door was such a great time and I think of those days often. The lovely wedding dress that you made me, the fun times hanging out at your house. You and your family have always had such good hearts. We are so sorry that you are going through this sad time. God grant you peace and please know that we are thinking of you.

Mrs. Taliaferro,

Just wanted to express my condolences to you and your family.

Linda and I were in scouts together in Odessa back in the 60's.(with the Rochelles, of course). Please know that we are praying for you. Would you let Linda know that I am thinking of her?

Mary and family,

I have not and will never forget my only experience with Bill. Following the Rochelle's car accident, Win insisted that the float trip to Big Bend go forward. We survived the float trip, but big red, the Rochelle's station wagon, ran out of gas. Bill pulled and I drove the wagon without power brakes and steering for twenty-five miles of the Castolon desert road at night terrorizing all occupants, including the driver.Although it was not my favorite scout trip, it was a most unforgettable experience.

May the Lord keep and comfort all of you as He takes Bill into his fold.

Warmly.
