For Billy's Sweet wife Cathy and Billy's much beloved sons Billy Jr. and Buddy please know that many people are praying for you right now. Many people who grew up in Fort Worth have wonderful memories of Billy and great sense of humor. His jokes, his mischevious mustache smile and wink, wrinkle up nose "like rabbit", and favorite signs "I know, I know". He was brave man and face challenge from health issues and then was able to do his favorite small gardening. He loved his family so much and was wonderful leader in Deaf community and great role model. I will miss him talking about craft shows in Saginaw too. He was such a kind friend, I miss him greatly! I know Billy is in heaven and sees "Good and Faithful servant come and now time for your rest". Billy has perfect body now in Heaven and ready to have fun chatting and playing again with many friends and family there! May God give you comfort and peace.

Always remembered Billy Biffel Sr. who departed from the earth to be with a lord. Now his suffer is no longer. He was the good comedy guy as the sense of humor. Royce was Billy's Daggett classmate. My mom advised young Billy for a better education and life. Successfully he had his good job and family. At Cathy/Billy's 1970 wedding I was a bridemaid, Royce as an usher. Cathy was my TSD schoolmate. Our sympathy goes to Cathy and family for comfort in our heart. God bless you all.

Dear Cathy and Family,
My deepest sympathy to you and your family over the loss of Billy. I remember you both from when I lived in Ft. Worth and we worked together at BPP all those long years ago. I can still picture Billy that one Halloween when he came dressed to work in his PJ's and robe for his costume. How we laughed. He did indeed have a wonderful and playful sense of humor.
