To Brantley's family-

I was so saddened upon hearing the news yesterday of Brantley's passing. We had just gotten back in touch with each other last year- and I was thrilled to hear about his life and how he was doing every few weeks. I know that I will continue thinking about him often, as I always did. He was a special and unique person who influenced my life in so many ways.
Please know my thoughts and prayers are with you-

Dear Sherry,
I can only imagine the loss you are feeling at this time. I remember Brantley as one of Erica’s classmates at Trinity Valley. The field trips and class parties were always fun for the kids and also the parents chaperoning. I hope your memories of the good times will help you and your family through this sorrowful time.

Dear Sherry, I know your heart is broken from the loss of your son. He sounded like such an interesting
young man with so many artistic interests. I have two sons, and cannot imagine such a loss. My husband Charles has seen you at the courthouse occasionally. He is a deputy sheriff and testifies as a fingerprint expert.I have intended to send you a card just to say "Hey,
I remember our first day at Bell,"
and I am so sorry I have waited until now. Please give your mother
my best wishes, and know that you and she are in my prayers. I would love to hear from you or see you again one day. Your old friend,
