MRS. TILLEY WAS SUCH A LOVELY PERSON! I WILL MISS HER SO MUCH, ESPECIALLY WHEN TEASING HER THAT I WANTED HER PRETTY HAIR. SHE WOULD ALWAYS SMILE AND SAY: OKAY. SHE WAS A BEAUTIFUL FLOWER THAT WILL LAST FOREVER.

Sister Tilley, thank you for all the love you always showed me. You will always be in my heart!

Our thoughts and prayers are with the Tilley Family. Mrs. Tilley was a wonderful woman of God, a fantastic wife, incredible mother, an outstanding Godmother, and a gifted artist. We miss her dearly, and we share deeply in your loss. I shall miss her calling me Bren and having that joyful smile and slight giggle that she always gave and saying, now tell me what's going on. She was the Godmother that the Lord handpicked specifically for me. She was always pleasant, kind and sweet. Regretfully, my family and I are sick with the flu and could not come for the service. We pray God's strength, and peace over the family, friend and love ones. I salute Sister Carrie Tilley with the song Talk About A Child That Do Love Jesus, because it describes her well. We are so grateful for Mt. Olive Missionary Baptist Church and Pastor William T. Glynn for your continued support and your unwavering ability to care, bare and share in the lives of both Deacon and Deaconess Tilley. To God Be The Glory for the Things He Has Done.
Respectfully submitted, Rev. Tony & Brenda Ugorji and Evan.
